Death Cafes offer an opportunity for people to gather over a cup of coffee or tea and talk about death in an informal and safe environment. The goal is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.
Questions that may be discussed at a Death Cafe include:
A Death Expo provides an opportunity to talk with many people and service providers who are involved with end-of-life planning and care.
Several businesses and groups will have displays and information relating to their services, such as florists, funeral directors, Advance Care Planning, green burial, home care, lawyer, caterers.
