Volunteer Requirements:
Becoming a volunteer is easy. Complete our Volunteer Application Package and submit it to the SSHPCS. The following documents are required as part of the application process:
- Volunteer Application
- Confidentiality Agreement
- Criminal Record Check
Once your application is received, a SSHPCS representative will contact you to discuss your availability and volunteer interests. Before you can officially volunteer, a criminal record check will be required.
