When a small, but passionate group of volunteers got together to form the South Shore Hospice Palliative Care Society in 2019, we recognized there was a need in our community for enhanced palliative services and we knew that there would be interest. But we had no idea the level of engagement and support that would pour in from the community. I would like to thank everyone who has supported us in any way, whether through an encouraging word or a financial donation.

What a great auction we had online this year! Thanks to all of who donated items and to our team of volunteers who made this happen. We achieved our fundraising goal to support our palliative care activities and raised just over $20,000. And, we thank all of you who bid or donated in helping us achieve this goal. Thank you all!!!!

Tickets for our Annual Gala are on sale now. Don’t miss out- last year we sold out in the first week. The Gala this year is on January 24 (inclement weather date- January 31) at the Best Western in Bridgewater.
